-Bedroom 1: Two single beds 90 * 200 (possibility of gluing them to form a bed in 180 * 200) with closet and shower room with toilet and pool access
- Bedroom 2: Two single beds 90 * 200 (possibility of gluing them to form a bed in 180 * 200) with closet and pool access
- Bedroom 3: Queen size bed 160 * 200 with desk, shower room and toilet and pool access. A safe is available.
- A games room with table football
- An independent bathroom with toilet
- A laundry room with washing machine and freezer, iron.
Upstairs is :
- A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, Magimix coffee machine, juicer, blender, dishwasher)
- A living / dining room with a beautiful sea view and view of the Genoese tower of Fautea.
- Guest toilet and entrance closet.

The terrace is equipped with 4 deckchairs and 2 sun beds.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
A deposit will be requested in the amount of 2500 euros. Entry into the premises will be prohibited without an approved bank pre-authorization.
The tourist tax is applicable and mandatory at the current rate, regularly updated by the municipality.
The villa is non-smoking. Exclusively allowed outdoors.
Pets are not allowed.
