The two terraces, with magnificent sea views, will make you enjoy the animation of the village.
Ideal for a stay with family or friends.
Possibility to rent the «Villa des Roses», with 3 bedrooms, for large families.
Accommodating 6 people, the villa has an area of 150m2 on 3 levels.
Ground Floor:
- Large living/dining room opening to the outside.
- Fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, gas hob...
1st Floor:
- Bedroom with a 160cm bed, a shower room.
- Bedroom with a 160cm bed, a shower room with toilet, and a terrace with sea view.
2nd floor:
- A large master suite with a 180cm bed, a shower room with toilet, an office area, and a sea view terrace.
Exterior:
- A large furnished terrace with a dining area, gas barbecue, quality outdoor furniture and direct access to the small fishing port of Erbalunga.
Parking provided.
High-speed internet (fibre optics).
Deposit: 3000 euros to be paid on the day of your arrival and returned at the end of your stay.
Pets are accepted but subject to the number, and size of these.
Cleaning and linen included in the rental.
Intermediate households can be set up on request.
Possibility of a chef at home, boat rental, and private yoga classes.
Check-in and key collection are done directly at the property.
