Located on the Semaphore hill, the villa is 2 minutes from the Leclerc shopping centre, 5 minutes from the beaches of Bodri and the city centre of Ile-Rousse and 15 minutes from the beach of Ostriconi.
Ideal for a stay with friends or family, the capacity of the villa is 6 people.
The surface of the villa is 220 m2 and its characteristics are:
A master suite with a bed 160x200cm with a bathroom including a shower, a bath and a toilet.
A bedroom with a bed 160x200cm with terrace.
A bedroom with a bed 140x190cm with terrace.
A large living room of 80m2 with TV.
A fully equipped kitchen: American fridge, induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine.
A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, table and iron.
An outdoor area with a terrace, equipped with a dining table and a barbecue, and an infinity pool with a sea view.
