Spacious Living Space: The bright living room and dining room offer a generous space to relax and entertain. The large windows let in natural light and offer a magnificent view of the garden.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: The modern kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle, a second refrigerator in the pantry, a washing machine and a dryer)
The villa has WIFI and air conditioning in all rooms.
A hairdryer is available in each bathroom.
OUTSIDE
Private pool and terrace: Enjoy the Corsican sun by lounging by the private pool. The terrace is the ideal place for al fresco meals and pleasant evenings. Each space has been thought out with care and offers a unique moment of relaxation.
Sunbathing is available by the pool. The swimming pool measures 13.50 * 4 meters and has a roller shutter for the safety of children. It is also heated to be able to enjoy it before and after season.
A beautifully furnished outdoor lounge allows you to relax sheltered from the sun.
A petanque court is also set up overlooking the house.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :
A deposit of 4000 euros will be requested before your arrival. It is mandatory and is taken by bank imprint. The amount will be debited only in case of damage.
Parties and noise pollution are strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed.
The villa is non-smoking.
The tourist tax in force is included in the rental price.
