The living room offers a contemplative view of the mountains and maquis. Fully equipped American kitchen.

Heated 4 * 9 swimming pool, secured by a submerged roller shutter, surrounded by a 200 m2 terrace, made of exotic wood equipped with 6 outdoor sun loungers, parasol, Fatboy XXL
Outdoor shower with hot water next to the pool.
Land 2800 m2 with trees of local species and bowling green.
5 parking spaces on the ground, gate, access by private street

A 10-minute walk from the American Beach, wild and preserved from excessive tourism
The beaches of Fautea or Pinarellu are a few minutes by car (sailing school, diving club, boat rental)

Close to the splendid site of the needles of Bavella (mountain hiking, canyoning ...)
