Authentic dry stone sheepfold composed of two master bedrooms with swimming pool and beautiful outdoor space located a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches in the region and the natural pools of Cavu.Possibility to rent a boat at the pontoon of San Ciprianu.
INTERIOR
Nice living / dining room decorated with taste.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, a Nespresso coffee maker and a filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
A laundry room is also available with a washing machine and a dryer.
The sheepfold has two bedrooms :
- A first bedroom with a double bed 160 * 200, shower room, dressing room and toilet
- A second bedroom with two 80 * 190 beds (possibility of bringing them closer together) and an additional single bed 80 * 190 shower room, dressing room and toilet.
The sheepfold is fully air conditioned and has WIFI.
OUTDOOR
Beautiful fully furnished exterior with shaded kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher and electric plancha.
Heated and secure swimming pool with alarm 4*8
Beautiful wooden terrace furnished with umbrellas and deckchairs and a beautiful mountain view.
The garden is completely fenced and secured with electric gate with code.
