Very beautiful villa with sea view of 6 bedrooms with games room located 900 m from the beach on foot in Saint Lucia of Porto-Vecchio in Southern Corsica.
INTERIOR
Villa with an area of 300 m2 built on a plot of 2,500 m2.
Upstairs :
The villa is composed of a large living /dining room with adjoining kitchen. The living room has a large bay window with galandage giving access to a terrace facing the sea and a second bay window at the back giving access to a rear terrace ideal for having lunch outside while staying out of the sun in summer. The living area benefits from a beautiful brightness with these two through openings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, Magimix filter coffee maker, Magimix robot and food processor, etc.. It is possible to access the main terrace (sea and pool side) and the back terrace of the kitchen.
An independent toilet with basin.
Bedroom 1 - King Size bed 180 * 200 with independent shower room (double sink). Sea view and terrace access.
Bedroom 2 – 2 single beds 90 * 200 (possibility of combining the two beds to form a 180 * 200). Sea view and terrace access.
On the garden level :
Bedroom 3 – 3 * beds 90 * 200 with shower room and toilet. The room also has an office area. Access to the garden.

The villa has several outdoor areas to relax throughout the day.
The pool area: equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The infinity pool is 11*5m. An outdoor shower is also available.
The outdoor dining area: adjoining the kitchen, a covered terrace facing the sea is equipped with a table and chairs and a WEBER barbecue.
The outdoor seating area: a beautiful covered terrace facing the sea is at your disposal, with sofa, coffee table and ottomans.
A back terrace: accessible via the kitchen or the living room, ideal place for relaxation with sofas and armchairs. Shaded place in the morning to have breakfast in the cool.
The terraces of the rooms: the upstairs rooms have their access to the terrace with small corners arranged to relax while enjoying the view.
The villa is located 900 m walk from the Americans beach.
