Beautiful architect designed 4 bedroom villa with pool and sea view located a few steps from the beautiful beach of L'Ovu Santu and Fautea.
Facing east, the villa combines comfort and authenticity, a few minutes walk from the beaches of Fautea with even a private access. The contemporary architectural style is rigorously blended into the natural setting.
INTERIOR
The entrance is on the garden level where there is a fully equipped open kitchen with a living/dining room opening onto a covered terrace with a dining area and outdoor lounge.
A double bedroom with bed 160*200 with shower room and closet is also on the same level, as well as a guest toilet and a laundry room with washing machine.
On the first floor, two large parental bedrooms.
The master bedroom with a 160*200 bed on the right, has a large open bathroom and a closet.
The master bedroom with a 180*200 bed on the left has a shower room, a closet, a television and a large terrace with sea view.
Finally, outside, a fourth independent room with two beds 90*200 with private access shower room, closet and small wooden terrace.
EXTERIOR
Beautifully landscaped exterior with wooden terrace, swimming pool, a relaxation and dining area with barbecue.
At the bottom of the garden, an access path will take you to the American beach (l'Ovu Santu)

Exit cleaning, intermediate cleaning and linen included
Daily cleaning available as an option on request (min.7 days in advance)
Breakfast available on request (min.7 days in advance)
Tourist tax: the maximum amount of the tourist tax amounts to € 3.30 per person per day. This amount will be adjusted according to the number of confirmed people staying in the accommodation in accordance with the rules in force.
A deposit of € 3500 will be requested.
