Ideally located, you will have walking access to the beach of Toga, the new Port and all its shops (restaurants, bars, nautical base, etc.) as well as 2 tennis courts and 3 courts of Squash.
You will find all the necessary facilities to spend a pleasant stay with family or friends.
The area is very quiet, tranquility assured.
For 7 people, the villa is spread over 2 levels and has a studio next to the pool.
Ground floor:
- A living room with TV.
- A functional kitchen, with a dining area and fully equipped: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine…
- A master suite with a 160x200 cm bed, and a bathroom with walk-in shower.
- An independent toilet.
1st Floor:
- A child room with a bed 80x190 cm overlooking a terrace.
- A bedroom with a double bed 140x190 cm overlooking a terrace.
- A bathroom with whirlpool bath and walk-in shower.
- An independent toilet.
Studio:
- A double bed 140x190 cm with a shower + toilet
Exterior:
A swimming pool, 3x5m, heated, which has a counter-current swimming kit.
Several terraces and a table tennis table.

The host is really friendly and helpful. The location is really ideal, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The villa has all the facilities, AC, pool, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and cooking stoves to make your stay pleasant.
