Situated in Pietracorbara, a very pleasant commune in Cap Corse, around 15 km north of Bastia, the house is a quiet, tree-lined setting, ideal for recharging your batteries.
There are several terraces and a large, shady garden. This is the house's real asset, with a variety of outdoor spaces that invite you to relax and unwind.
All the local shops are around 10 minutes (7km) away by car (bakery, butchers, tobacconist, supermarket, boutiques, restaurants, etc.).
The large sandy beach of Pietracorbara (one of the few on Cap Corse) is 4 km away. Swimming, diving and other water sports available.
Ideal for a peaceful holiday with family or friends.

For 9 people, the house is set in 4500m2 of land and comprises 3 buildings, a main house and 2 outbuildings.

Main house:
- A bright living room with a comfortable lounge area and access to a terrace with a large convivial dining table.
- A functional, fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: 180x190 bed or 2 90x190 beds.
- Bedroom 2: master suite with bed 160x190 or 2 beds 80x190 and a bathroom with bath and WC.
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

1st outbuilding:
- Bedroom 3: bed 180x190 or 2 beds 90x190 + an extra bed (90x190).
- Bathroom with bath and WC.

2nd outbuilding:
- Bedroom 4: bed 160x200
- Bathroom with shower and WC.

Outside:
A fully equipped summer kitchen with dining table near the 1st outbuilding.
Several shaded terraces and garden areas.
A flower garden will be most pleasant in summer.
Large solarium with deckchairs and summer terrace.
A 9x3m swimming pool is available from June to September, but is not heated.

You will be greeted on site by a person you can trust.
End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
Check-in and keys are handed over directly at the property. In order to organise your arrival, we need to make an appointment. An e-mail with further instructions will be sent to you once the booking has been confirmed.

Cleaning and linen included.
Possibility of 1 home chef and boat hire, private yoga classes.
Bed linen and towels provided.
Fully fenced property with electric gate.

Deposit: 2000 euros to pay on the day of your arrival and return at the end of your stay.
